minor issues

small room size non-functional outlets

The room size felt much smaller than advertised. i think the listing said 40sqm, but it seemed closer to 20sqm. cleanliness was also just okay. I noticed some cobwebs in the bathroom corners. also, some outlets near the bed did not work.

central location easy check-in mini-fridge lukewarm water uncomfortable bed sore neck

The location was AMAZING , RIGHT in the centre. Self check-in was very easy and meant I did not need to worry about arrival times. It was nice to have a kettle and mini-fridge so I could make tea each morning.

There was no hot water in the shower , just lukewarm. It did not improve much after notifying the hotel. The beds were UNCOMFORTABLE , I woke up with a sore neck each morning.

unexpected chocolate getaway

key attractions mosquito net free chocolates fast communication

i appreciated the location because it was close to many key attractions. the double room had mosquito nets, so i could open the windows. free chocolates awaited us upon arrival, A nice touch. also, contact with the owner was fast and smooth.

the bed felt TOO soft for my liking.

the hotel offered a pintoresco presentation during breakfast with attentive staff. the hotel supplied coffee, tea, and chocolate in the room. a mini fridge was available, which helped to keep our drinks cold.

my double room had good facilities, including a kettle and a coffee maker. the bathroom was great and everything in the room was super clean. the hotel had self check-in and check-out system, It was super easy.

the hotel location is super, very close to the city center. The hotel's proximity to restaurants and stores is less than one minute. It is a few minutes walk from the city centre AND main attractions.
